About us

If it has a public budget, Public Foundry tracks it.

Our vision

We're building digital civic infrastructure that transforms how governments and vendors connect. We imagine a future where the best solutions reach the right governments, and where public dollars go further and faster to deliver more for the communities they serve.
The Civic Intelligence future we're building is:
Data driven
Markets where decisions are based on data and strategy
Strategic
Partnerships that create measurable value for communities
Accountable
Government markets that reward performance and results
Make government units more attractive business partners
Our platform reduces market asymmetries rather than reinforcing them, creating transparency and competition where the best solutions reach the right governments based on data.
We help governments understand and improve their financial profiles and strategic positioning, enabling them to attract higher-quality vendors and achieve better resident outcomes.
Guided by curiosity and rigor
Our people approach complex problems with intellectual honesty and methodical precision. Our team combines deep curiosity about how government really works with the technical rigor to transform scattered information into shared intelligence that enables better partnerships across the public sector ecosystem.
